HVAC charging issues

Apologies for the delay in this post, my town has been without power as they try and remove a tree from the lines!

In our HVAC class, each team had to check out the Dodge and see why it wasn't charging. 

Even though my group already knew what the problem was since it was our vehicle last time we kept quiet. 

Notice the red and black wires run into the fuse box and are bolted down. The two golden screws are supposed to hold a 140 amp fuse down.

I was really glad we got to work on something today instead of listening to a lecture. You would think with a 4 hour class once a week we could get a lot done compared to our 2 hours class that was twice a week. With classes twice a week we could get more accomplished as we can set things aside for the week instead of cramming it all in one day.
