Enlightenment
Having Eric come speak with us eased and elevated some fears. Of course starting a new job is going to be hard on the nerves but I feel as if I over reacted on some things. I am NOT going to know everything starting my career and I need to be ready to learn the rest. In this field it seems I will always be in "school." I will have online training, instructor lead classes, and more ahead of me.
With Fyda at least it looks like you get a dashboard that shows you upcoming training assignments and what needs to be done and when. Once I leave here I am going to do everything in my power to continue on in this field that I very much enjoy working and learning in.
Good job, Dalton! A key variable that Eric touched on.......the ability to become a team player. Knowing who your "go to" people are, and cultivating those relationships will lead to a fruitful experience.
