Finally back
We are starting to learn how to use Cummins Quickserve which is immensely different than ShopKey Pro. Cummins interface pales in comparison to ShopKey and isn't as streamlined and easy to use. It will take some time to familiarize myself with it but it is a must out in the real world. Once we get a login to Freightliner's
We got some insight into what we might be doing in the future. An endless stack of papers on a clipboard requiring you to inspect the smallest details doesn't sound fun but I quit enjoyed looking around. It gave me the opportunity to see how things are done on the bigger trucks than on little cars.
I didn't get the greatest picture but I was proud of myself in our drivetrain class. Usually im to nervous and have zero confidence in myself but I found myself doing a few things when we took the transmission out of the international. In no way can I do this by myself but I lent a hand removing bolts and guiding the giant transmission out along with the clutch.
